Copper Smelter and Refinery is a limited liability company in the business system of RTB Bor Group (Copper Minining & Smelting Complex Bor).

A very important fact for the foreign partners at the moment is the coming restructuring of the RTB - Bor and the TIR -Bor ownership. Various possibilities are open here for par ticipation of foreign partners, starting from joint ventures into some programs, through joint appearing onto the foreign market up to acquiring major ownership over some parts of RTB - Bor.
