SEMIFINSHED COPPER PRODUCTS FOR PLASTIC PROCESSING

We are fully equipped to produce copper castings-continuously cast for further plastic processing, deoxidized with phosphorus, according to highest ISO standards.

ED-Cu

Electrolytic deoxidized high purity copper. Used in the manufacture of semifinished high electro conductivity products. Very plastic, good welding properties, suitable for brazing. Hydrogen resistant. Fulfills all the electromechanical conditions for copper.

DNP, DVP1-Cu, DVP2-Cu:

Deoxidized high purity copper. Used in the manufacture of semifinished products when the electroconductivity is not the main concern. Very plastic, good welding and brazing properties. Hydrogen resistant.

Castings are manufactured according to JUS, DIN, ASTM and BS standards as well as according to the customer's requirement

Castings are delivered in length from 500 to 2000 mm, or according to the customer's requirement.

Products are transported fixed on palletes or according to the customer's requirement

The designed capacity of the plant is 50.000 t/year
