MOULD CASTING PLANT

Mould casting plant is one of the integrated parts of Copper and copper alloys foundry, with production program which could be organized in following main groups:
Mould castings
Blocks for remeltting based on non-ferrous metals alloys

Special services
We are offering special casting technology service such as filling of crushers and bearings. Crashers are being filled up with pure zinc or zinc alloy, both in the Foundry or in the site.

Rolls, bushings, slide bearings, rims and worm wheels of all sizes and volumes for light and heavy industry are being manufactured from standard program of alloys.

Basic chemical composition is given in the tables for the following alloys

The designed capacity of the plants is 900 t/year
