As a separate production unit within a Copper Wire Plant the sintermetallugy plant is founded. Production program of sintermetallurgy plant is based primarily on copper powder.

Production program comprises following kinds of products:

These products have application in power transmission systems middle and heavy trucks, civil engineer machines, cranes, agricultural machines, mining machines and other. Matrix of material is bronze with precipitations of metals and non-metals. All materials has been certified for their frictional characteristics. Maximum diameter of product is 500 mm.

Applied for oil systems axial high pressure valve pumps. The material is bronze based, with various additions of micro constituents. Their function is increasing of physic - mechanical properties to achieve resistance on oil pressure and total affectivity of the pump.

Sinter frictional surfaces of this type are consumed for segment brake elements only in dry work conditions. They have application in tractor industry, civil engineer mechanization, cranes and trucks. Material for this surfaces is bronze based, with high content of non-metallic elements whish assure high friction coefficient, wear resistance, stable work and high thermal shock resistance.

Metallographic blocks are produced by sintering of copper-graphite based composite, with various ratio of copper and graphite, depending of demanding properties- electric resistance, mechanical properties, wear resistance. Blocks are sintered in parallelepiped forms standard dimensions or upon on customer request.

Since three plansts are mentioned, which of the moment operate as a part of copper wire Plant, technically and physically independent, can be independently and separatly treated in future processes of co-operation with foreign partners or processes of ownership transformation.
